Move Features with Mouse?

For some reason, I thought you were moving "features" with your mouse in the video tutorials after they were placed on a map?

But, I can only seem to move them by using the keyboard (arrow keys).

Is that correct? Am I missing something obvious.

Indeed a simple thing. The Tool Selection Window was off my screen.

Glad to hear . Was there any OWM glitches involved, or was it just off screen? Making sure it wasn't an issue.
