I have mostly completed a world map, but I'm doing some minor editing, such as adding more islands, and so forth.

I'm wanting to add peninsulas to a couple of continents in my map. What is the best tool in OWM to use for this?

I just noticed this post, sorry!

It may be helpful if you shared a couple of screenshots, but I think the landmass tools in "add mode" would work well. Either that or creating a landmass that is going to be the peninsula and then merging the two.

Another option is going to point edit mode and edit individual points to the shape that you are looking for (but this would be more time consuming).

Well, I drew peninsulas that I wanted, but separate from the continents I wanted to join them to. Then I moved the peninsula so that it touched the continent, and aligned as closely to the way I want it to be. Then, I selected both objects (continent and peninsula) and I did the following:

Edit --> Merge Path --> Union
