Mouse Resizing Functionality

Hi!

I've noticed that when placing features I tend to change the size of the object to get the optimal aesthetic and it can be bothersome going into the options section to change the feature one size at a time. I believe a simple fix for this would be to add functionality to (key) + (scroll wheel) to change the size of the feature.

That's an excellent suggestion!

Shift+Scroll regenerates fractal segments, but that doesn't apply to single features, so I think Shift+Scroll would work well for changing the scale of single features.

I'll add it to the feature requests for Beta 4.
