Ctrl-A to select all features in feature list editor

When using the "Manage Lists" popup to create or edit custom feature lists, it would be useful to be able to select all items in the feature display panes by pressing ctrl-A.

I'll add it to our list. It probably won't make it into the next release, since that's getting pretty full, but it'll be out in V1.0.6. Thank you for the feedback!
