contour regions: negative levels

To create a topographic map you want to define the water levels too. Visually there is no difference to the current contour lines, but the handling would be more intuitive if the numbers get smaller if the level is deeper.

Do you mean the thickness of the lines or their spacing? Could you give us an example?

So you mean adding a label to each of the lines/levels for the contour region with a number showing what elevation the level is?
