Opening certain Maps crashes OWM

Hi,
having not used OWM for few months, i have gone back and tried to open various map files, which immediately crash the whole of OWM logging out with no comeback. It appears to be the age of the files, anything not amended since 2018 is knackered. The file size seems to make no difference as i have several maps i can open and they work OK - they are all saved after 2018.
Any ideas. This is in Windows version.

Cheers,
Smithy

  1. Which version number do you use right now exactly?
  2. Do you remember with which version you created the maps in 2018?
  3. Could you upload a map for the devs to look at?

1. its latest version 1.1.1
2. No idea as it was 6 years ago.
3. Yup, here is a small one and a large - both crash my OWM.

Currently investigating. We will update soon.

Thank you!

The maps were just older than the current program's supported file version (they were from early Beta). I opened and saved them with an intermediary version and then the current version of the program. Sorry for the inconvenience and let us know if you have any other problems!

Think i still have a few older versions. Not sure how i will do the update without over-writing my current version of OWM. But will give it a go.

Forgot to advise, i got this issue sorted by using old versions on my spare PC.
