Moving the main window is very slow

When the window is not full screen, moving it around is actually very sluggish. Not sure if this is new since I only started really using OWM recently(v1.04)
It's a Windows/Microsoft issue affecting multiple apps that it's been logged to their issue reports. Hoping that they will fix it soon, otherwise we'll create a workaround...
