Relink image text

Post by Balmung » Sun Apr 04, 2021 3:02 am

" [..] to apply that image to all features that" ... that what?! ^^

I searched for "relink" in the Help Document, but got no results. So ... what does "Relink Image" do? ^^

 Sorry about that! Apparently the word wrap broke on that window. It’s been fixed for the next release. We’ll also add it to the Help Doc. Thanks for pointing it out!

Relinking lets you replace an image in all the features that use it. So if an image got moved or deleted, you don’t have to go and select a new image in the property panel of every single one individually. You just select one feature using the broken image, go to Relink and pick a new image, which is applied to all features in the map that are using that broken image.

So it replaces the file in the map, not in the art manager?
