Rotate Text on Map

Is there a way, or are there eventual plans to add a way, to rotate the text you add on the map? I know you can rotate it 90º but there have been a few times now that I've wanted text rotated say 45º to match the angle of the sea or something like that.

If you select the label with the transform tool you can
a) Rotate it to an arbitrary degree by dragging from the "gear" icon
b) Change the angle to an specific value from the toolbar across the top (the edit with the "rotation" prompt).
Do note that with the latest Windows 10 update the "pull down slider" in the toolbar is acting a little weird. We're currently working on fixing some of the UI stuff Microsoft broke with the creators update (and subsequent patches to it).
