Smaller and faster releases

This is the OWM release history:

• 0.9.6: 01.2019
• 0.9.7: 06.2019 (05 months)
• 1.0.2: 05.2020 (11 months)
• 1.0.3: 03.2021 (10 months)
• 1.0.4: 06.2021 (03 months)
• 1.0.5: 11.2021 (05 months)
• 1.0.6: 03.2022 (04 months)
• 1.0.7: xx.xxxx (12 months)

Before the release of 1.0.5 this idea came up:

We're working on having more frequent and smaller releases.

Looking at the current list of changes of 1.0.7 I think that version would have been a good candidate for the above mentioned idea:

* improved SVG support,
* stackable shorelines
* stackable grids
* improvements to layers management
* a legend tool
* and a lot of performance improvement (using multicore processors even more than we were). Also other engine improvements towards future changes.

Every single point is IMHO worth its own release ;)
