Re: Edit raw curve for Bezier Fractal
yeah, no, I know I can modify the points on the already fractalized line. Lemme see if I can explain from a different angle. If I draw out a regular bezier curve, I can modify the points, and handles of that curve. A fractal bezier curve is a subdivision function layered on top of a given bezier cur...

Re: Future and potential for Other World Mapper
I would not presume to tell you how to run your business - you folks at 3MS have more experience running 3MS than I do. However, I would like to add a "+1" to having an official discord. I do not know if there is sufficient bandwidth to manage it, but I've seen it work wonders for companies in terms...

Re: Edit raw curve for Bezier Fractal
Wow, okay, sure. So, I'm not sure if this is a feature that is lacking, or if it is a feature that I'm just not understanding how to access. I can edit the position of vertices of a line that a fractal line is made from using the transform tool. I know I can edit the individual points of the final f...

Edit raw curve for Bezier Fractal
So, I'm not sure if this is a feature that is lacking, or if it is a feature that I'm just not understanding how to access, but I know I can edit the position of vertices of the fractal line "skeleton" using the transform tool, and I know I can edit the individual points of the final fractal line, b...

Re: Maximum size (this may be unreasonable)
Alternative: You could rasterize in (possibly overlapping) chunks and stitch them together?

Re: Maximum size (this may be unreasonable)
Hey chief, This is a continental-level map. This isn't a resource issue, but rather an arbitrary limitation of the program. When I tell it that I want at 48in x 24in export at 1200dpi, the program says "Export size exceeds the max size supported by this version". I'm positive my computer can handle ...

Maximum size (this may be unreasonable)
I'm crazy... I'm doing a map that is 48x24 inches and I want to export a 1200dpi version (all my elements are scaled down at LEAST by 25%, so the resolution is there). I know that the maximum size is currently arbitrary, but can the program handle this level of insanity? (And just so you know, I'm r...

Disable Delta Scaledown
Sorry for the spam, but whenever I visit a software forum they always ask me to put one feature in each thread, and while I don't know if this is the convention here, I'd rather error on the side of caution - if any mod would rather I consolidate my list, I can and we can delete my other threads... ...

Organize Features by Tag / Will it break on update?
Hey Guys, I just spent about half an hour re-organizing the features that came with OWM. Reason being that I found it difficult to find the features that I wanted. For example, I needed a bunch of mountains. Well, There are some mountains that come with the base program, some that come with the Expa...

Island Chain generator tool
For those of us who are doing large continent-scale maps, it'd be very helpful to have a tool that let's us generate island chains using a bezier path. perhaps setting a Start, End, and Mid-point island radius (with randomization variance as an additional parameter) as well as all the fractal parame...
