Cut off text when using "custom path" + "below path"

To name a sea, I placed a text with a custom path on it. Everything works fine, except when I using the "below path" position. Then the text gets cut off by the textbox. Normally I would just increase the size of the textbox, but I couldn't figure out how, so it might be an issue.

Are you looking for a particular ratio?
No, just more space :\

Maybe 50% or 75% of a dash, between two dashes?

[1.00] [0.50] [1.00]

[1.00] [0.75] [1.00]

Centered, but not centered

I tried to center my map in the grid, but it always looks wrong. So I tried to create an example and was successfull. When you click on "Center vertically/horizontally on map" the center of a landmass got centered and not the landmass itself. If this works as intended, I request a 2nd pair of center...

Right side of the grid

Here are my grid settings.

The upper left corner is correctly drawn, but the upper right corner looks like in the attachment.

Re: number of sections instead pixel based calculated

I just found out, that the grid size is independend from the paper size. Since I need spacing for printing, I can search for an offset.

But it would still be a nice feature ^^

Re: What are your plans for Other World Mapper?

We want to hear from you! To start with let us know what your plans are for Other World Mapper. Will the maps be for an RPG, a book, a video game? Something else? Tell us about the maps you plan on making! I'm creating a worldmap for a roleplay/tabletop game. That's why I can't show the progress un...

X and Y coordinates

It is possible to set a height and width of an element, but not the coordinates to place it to a specific point on the canvas.

Resizing lines

I created a line with a lenght of 455px and want to change it to 200px ... but I can't ^^
I hear a "ding" sound and the line vanishes from the canvas.

I attached a map for you to replicate the issue.

Re: Is Other World Mapper dead?

Based on your blog post dates, you release one update per year. Totally fine for a stable version of a desktop application. I personally love more updates, rather then big updates. This has two benefits: New and current users see more activity. Users whose issues got fixed, can continue working earl...

Scaling of imported SVG Artwork

I imported a SVG file into the artwork manager. It's size is around 100px * 100px but since it's a svg that doesn't really matter :) The problem now is, that I can enlarge it only up to eight times; around 800px * 800px. I just needed to import a bigger source file to fix this. But it would be nice ...
