Collapse Group in Layer Panel
in theory, when I have multiple landmasses, or some other object, in a group would it be possible to make it so that they will form their own twiddle-down level in the layer panel? The usecase here is that I've got a collection of islands in a chain and having Landmass 04 all the way to Landmass 56 ...

Re: Maximum size (this may be unreasonable)
I'm curious - why do you need 1200 dpi? While many printers can handle this, why do you need it? Even for professional printing, 300 dpi is the standard. Some comics are created at 600 dpi (but still printed at 300). I mean, I work in print quite a bit and have never needed 1200 dpi. The map I'm wo...

I *really* hate to be that guy, because I am also a software developer and I *hate* it when someone else is that guy, but is there any kind of timeline on when the rasterizer is going to be upgraded? I'm kind of stuck on a project involving what will be a table-sized map.

Figured it out!
obviously nothing to write home about for now, but this was the biggest hurdle to feeling like this could be a viable thing.

FYI, your "arcane sigil magic circle thingies" link is broken. Looks like you forgot the ".com" (...since it appears to work if I add one). https://www.thatrobhuman.com/arcanigen/ d'oh! cheers. Is your app open or closed source? Which license does your app use? Do you have a budget or expect free w...

related project: Procedural SVG feature generator - could use some help
Hey folks, This maybe off-topic, and if it is in the wrong place, I apologize - I figured perhaps a fellow devleoper might be lurking around and shine some line - I'll gladly re-post elsewhere if need be. I'm currently working on a quick-n-dirty web-app that is intended to procedurally generate terr...

Re: Future and potential for Other World Mapper
I have only written that solving issues in a forum works better than via discord. I would prefer a real issue tracker, but at least it's structured and easy to manage. Despite the fact that we're talking about two different types of issues (it seems like you're talking about "Software Bugs" and I'm...

Re: Edit raw curve for Bezier Fractal
yeah, no, I know I can modify the points on the already fractalized line. Lemme see if I can explain from a different angle. If I draw out a regular bezier curve, I can modify the points, and handles of that curve. A fractal bezier curve is a subdivision function layered on top of a given bezier cu...

Re: Edit raw curve for Bezier Fractal
I tested this and currently you can edit the points only (move them), but the end-user does not get any handles to adjust the CURVE, as you did when you originally laid the point and dragged to adjust the curve. So, it would be nice to be able to move the points AND to be able to adjust the handles...

Re: Future and potential for Other World Mapper
fwiw, and being mindful that we are the gallery, I agree that an unofficial discord would not have the same impact as an official one. it's more likely that you'd end up with multiple unofficial ones that come in waves as people come and go. don't get me wrong, forums are fine (if a bit dated, but t...
