Re: Import SVG Artwork
Thanks. I can confirm - the SVG file opens perfectly in Affinity Designer, but imports into OWM at the upper-left of a much larger square, despite the created image being centered in a square barely larger than what was created. I've not worked with SVG files in OWM yet, but this happens to one I cr...

Re: Import SVG Artwork
Is it OWM? Or is it your SVG file that is causing the issue? What program did you make the SVG file in? Is the "document" (where the compass was made) a square with the compass in the upper-left corner (for example)?

Windrose Tool?
Hello! Would it be possible to add an adjustable windrose tool? http://www.argentarts.com/uploads/windrose.png It's not only the compass, but the lines that go in all directions (from the compass) across the ocean. Click here if you can't see the image: http://www.argentarts.com/uploads/windrose.png

Re: Laydown Features More Like Paint Brush
I agree. Scatter is already almost what I want.
As far as density - yes! What you described would be most useful. Also, not only butted up against each other, but being allowed to overlap, too, for highly dense areas.

Re: Items To Not Exceed Boundaries
How about this - not ideal, but an idea - The end-user first draws a perimeter that defines an area (sort of like a selection in Photoshop). Once this is drawn, the end-user can then paint/scatter Features by "drawing" within this defined area. Any stroke that goes outside this selection is ignored....

Laydown Features More Like Paint Brush
Currently, when you go to lay down Features on your map, you have a few options - Single, Tile, Brick, Scatter, Along Path, and Fill Path. These are great. However, I'd like to add one that works more like a paint brush where you could adjust the size of the brush and the size determines how many en...

Re: contour regions: colours
Think of it this way - A theme is just a collection of presets. Just because you can start a new map with a theme of your choice, does not mean you are locked into using only what's with that theme. You can use what you please from any of the themes and even custom create your own, mixing and matchi...

Re: contour regions: colours
BTW - One of the reasons (I believe) that OWM allows you to select ANY theme for land masses, contours, etc., is because you are free to mix-and-match things. Just because you are working with a theme, whether one that comes with OWM or one you've created yourself, doesn't mean you are forced to ONL...
