Did this ever happen?

Re: Corner Bezier handle
I meant the Bezier curve that "informs" the fractal curve, like we discussed here: https://www.otherworldmapper.com/forum/ ... f=17&t=572

Re: "Norwegian Coast" fractalization style?
in hindsight, you probably already *are* placing the new vertices based on the last iteration's normal, Koch Snowflake style. be that as it may, I think at some point I might play with some fractalization methods myself and see what maths I can come up with to get some undulating shapes and share.

"Norwegian Coast" fractalization style?
Apparently tonight is the night I'm thinking about fractals. One of the things I'm struggling with is getting the Undulating shape of a fjord-heavy coast, much like the NW coast of Norway. I haven't quite figured out a "math friendly" way to describe what the heck is going on there, but I know the c...

nested and normalizing splines
So, I tend to do my fractals at full Factor (8) - it looks like doing "nested" fractals increases the Factor of a line segment by 1 until it reaches that maximum of 8, but doesn't really do much when you're already at maximum - is this intentional or is there an aspect of Nested Fractals I'm unaware...

Re: Corner Bezier handle
ah-hah - I see - was hoping to be able to do it during creation because one cannot currently go back and edit handles of a Fractal Bezier (which we discussed previously)

prevent fractalization loops
sometimes when doing a "sharp-ish" angle using a bezier curve, two fractal lines will loop around each other, creating a non-convex shape. Could there be an option to prevent this from happening during fractalization?

Corner Bezier handle
In many vector programs its possible to "disconnect" the two handles of a bezier point such that they no longer form a straight line. Can we have such an option? Truthfully there may be a way to do this post-creation, but because fractalization of bezier curves is destructive, it's not possible to d...

Re-Seed Fractal segment on the fly
Possibly using the scroll wheel so you can step forward and backwards between possible seed values. The idea here is that if there's a fractal segment that I'm not digging I can quickly generate a new segment while laying down a fractalized polyline.
