Touch devices

We received a report that Other World Mapper doesn't start on a touch screen laptop running Windows 8.1.
We are in the process of getting a touch device running Win 8.1 to do testing. We haven't had confirmation, but a temporary work around would be to disable the touch service on the device.
1) Open the "Services" window.You can press the Windows key + R, and type “services.msc" then OK to bring it up.
2) Right click on "Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel" Service.
3) Select "Stop"
4) Try running Other World Mapper again and let us know if it does run.
Please note that you can repeat 1-2 and select "Start" to restart the service, or simply restart your computer. All this is doing is disabling the touch service that seems to be the trigger of the issue.
