New Paths?

New Paths?
Okay, the search won't let me look for "path" "dungeon path" and several other similar things because the words are too simple. That's what the tools are called, though.
I just picked up assets from Spirit Fox and she has a lot of really cool paths. I want to use those in OWM. How do I do that?
Things like a Brick Path, Stairs, flowers, glass wall, carpet edge, rug edge, shadows, planks, and more. Is that possible?
Also, can OWM use webp files?
Thanks!

Re: New Paths?
Not currently, but we'll add it as a feature request.
How are the assets files? Are they a tiled texture? Or a single image that would be repeated? Or a complex set of images?evildmguy wrote: ↑Mon Jun 20, 2022 4:29 pmOkay, the search won't let me look for "path" "dungeon path" and several other similar things because the words are too simple. Re: New Paths?
I think the paths are a simple image file to be repeated.
Here are some examples:
Basically, whatever is used for Dungeondraft. It's popular right now.

Re: New Paths?
That makes sense!
You can use those in OWM as textures (assuming they are seamless) for items that follow the texture like walls do. For some of those we do need to add the ability to hide the background solid color for them to work properly, but if you get to give them a try let me know how they look.
Thank you!

Re: New Paths?
I know this is probably too late but I have tried to add in the path png as a texture for a wall.
It doesn't work. At least, I can't get it to work. As you said, I think you need to make the background solid color optional as well, and then maybe it will use the png as a wall as I want.
Thanks!

Just uploaded for Windows. OSX and Linux will take a couple of extra weeks as we work through some M2 issues that were found.evildmguy wrote: ↑Thu Sep 21, 2023 11:13 amI know this is probably too late but I have tried to add in the path png as a texture for a wall.

Re: New Paths?
I still cannot do this. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
I get that it is trying to tile it due to texture. I would seem to need to set up the fill with the pipe to make it work. Is that correct?
Is there a way to make that pipe the path item?
Thanks!
