Fog of War and Field of View

Not sure if this is considered small. But having a way to hide certain parts of the map under a layer or a fog of War setting.
It's a pretty specific request but I already know that DM tools are coming.
I'll wait for those. Will they be a free update or a cost add on?

Fog of war/hiding part of map will be part of the DM tools
.
And that will be a free update, part of the original OWM timeline (even though behind schedule
).
