Whats the highest resolution possible in OWM?

I'm struggling with how I want my maps to be scaled; once I find a good size that I like, the features that are placed end up being too blurry. Any recommendations or suggestions for resolution setting or scaling would be much appreciated, Thanks!

Probably depends on how you are going to use your maps.
Are you planning to print them? If so, at what size? Or are you using them digitally, if so how?
