I surfed over to Kickstarter yesterday and a notification of your survey popped up. When I filled out the survey, Kickstarter asked me to log back in, so it looks like they might have booted me out during the survey.
Did you get my reply? I asked for: David "Big Mac" Shepheard as my credit*.
* Big Mac is the name I use on all the RPG forums, which is why I put that into the middle of my name, so that people know it is me.

We got the survey response. It didn't quite make it in time to be there for Beta 3 credits, but we'll add it for beta 4.
