Re: Ask Stupid/Small Questions Here
Hi Alejandro, I was not having great luck with using the edges, especially on the left side. (However, I was able to show data points and move them.) After a bit, making the canvas a land mass made sense. I was duplicating a map that had water on an edge and in the middle. I was able to manage but i...

Re: Images on Maps
Thanks Alejandro,
If I understand, you are saying currently it cannot be done. But, you may add it in the future?
(Just making sure I didn't miss it.)
I'll be standing by if it makes it to the feature set.
Thanks!!

Number Labels
Old school underworlds used to have numbers on the map keyed to a description. Circles with numbers in the center worked best. (But, in today's modern world, more text would be nice.) Putting a circle object on the map and then dropping text into it seems a bit of effort. I suppose one could also cr...

Images on Maps
It would be nice to be able to drop a graphic on a map from a JPG or PNG source?
I tried and it put the graphic on the canvas. Perhaps that is what feature are for?
(but it seems like one could do a lot if you could drop the final graphic on the map.)

Label Tools
Is it possible to right mouse on a Text Label and get a box to update the text (rather than in the label control)? The label control works but sometimes it's a bit complex. When the user has entered the text, is there a key press to complete the entry? (Enter and Tab don't work? --- Escape key?) I'm...

Re: New Battle Map Artwork!
I purchased three of the packs and installed them. They look great. The installer could not have been easier. Did I read the notes correctly that the add-ons are SVG files so, in theory, anyone's arts packs could be adapted to OWM? (I'm not sure what else would be needed to add-on ... but ... more i...

Re: Text Disappearing between Saves
Well ... the text is not consistently appearing where is should on the object outline ... but ... I think I found why it's disappearing (or at least how to show it.) When you left mouse click on the object tree, it hides / shows the objects. So ... a few clicks and we're back. Still experimenting .....

Re: Text Disappearing between Saves
I'm getting a similar issue with version 0.9.6. Text moves from the Land Mass Tree to a Labels Tree. As I'm working with Text, the system will occasionally crash. I only have 3 labels and it's causing this issue. I have saved the file and brought it back up and the labels have moved on the tree (som...

Re: Ask Stupid/Small Questions Here
New Question:
How do you make a map where the whole map starts with a land mass? I'm struggling a little with getting the edges off the map?
Thanks.

Re: Move Features with Mouse?
Indeed a simple thing. The Tool Selection Window was off my screen.
All sorted. Thanks.
