Re: Art Manager

Another question, have there been thoughts on allowing the Alpha/Beta supporters access to development builds or at least the release candidate? We'll definitely be doing that in the future. All past releases so far had been Beta and Alpha releases, so we were in essence doing that already since al...

Re: Art Manager

Hello, I am currently using the latest beta (Dec 2016), really looking forward to release (and hopefully some stability fixes or at least an auto-save feature). We think all of the stability issues are being fixed with the upcoming Release Candidate (one of the reasons this release has taken us so ...

Re: Version Expired, haven't received email for latest version

So.... Am I just screwed without something to use until you people get the new version out? I don't know whose idea it was to let versions expire weeks before a new one was available to take its place... but it's a pretty terrible system. Beta 6 doesn't expire for a while, so I think you must have ...

Re: Version Expired, haven't received email for latest version

Hello, So, just tried to run OWM, and received a message that it's expired and that I need the latest version. This has happened before and I had to come here to ask about it. Checked spam mail, and it's also not in there. Since Beta versions expire, is there a way to add something to the "expired"...

Re: How's progress?

I found myself checking the forum for news every day. greetings Lorenzo Lorenzo, Glad you are looking forward to the next release! And good to hear from you :) Yes, it's still eminent. I misjudged how long it would take us to pr...

Re: Merge of Landmasses fail

Hello Alejandro; Thanks, makes perfect sense; or as much as it can for a non-programmer with weak math skills.= There's a reason I'm a biologist not a physicist! Once I overlap things, it works like a charm and much MUCH better than my workaround. No worries! We owe you guys lots of tutorials...

Re: How's progress?

And by the way code development is frozen for the release, documentation is also frozen only pending items is new artwork coming with this release that is behind schedule.

Working around the clock to get it all processed/cleaned up and into this release.

Re: How's progress?

Ah neat.. Posted about not receiving email for the latest beta version yesterday, but hadn't seen this post/thread. I guess your post would put the release at today or otherwise sometime this week, then. Will keep an eye on the forums to see an official announcement, then check my inbox to make sur...

Re: Merge of Landmasses fail

I, too, find merging landmasses doesn't work. I took a fairly small island and when I merged it to an even smaller island the resultant landmass remained two separate masses albeit the border wan completely contiguous right down to the complete overlap of the control points along the merger line an...

Got them! We'll look at them and see if it's something we can fix with this almost there release.

Thank you!
