Ctrl-A to select all features in feature list editor
When using the "Manage Lists" popup to create or edit custom feature lists, it would be useful to be able to select all items in the feature display panes by pressing ctrl-A.

"Cycle List" for search results
The "Cycle List" option for the Feature Tool currently only supports actual feature lists, either pre-defined ("All Features" tab) or user-defined ("Your Feature Lists" tab). It should also work the same with sets of search results ("Search" tab), but instead it currently draws the selected feature ...

Re: Biggest Want for V1.0.5?
With that as background, what I would like is to select the items to be used in the placement tool. Whether it is done by selecting them or by a search, just so I can use a sub set. Is this possible? Yes. When you select the Feature Tool, there are three tabs above the area where it displays the fe...

Re: PNG compression
Not sure why you actively want larger files. Are you post-processing with tools that don't understand PNG format? Image quality is not an issue here. PNG is a lossless compression algorithm, just like a ZIP archive. If you PNG compress an image and then re-render it from the compressed PNG file, the...

Re: Biggest Want for V1.0.5?
I'm sure I've mentioned this before, but I can't find an existing thread: For settings that can be adjusted using either text entry or a slider, allow manual entry of values outside of the slider's range. For example, on one of my maps, I wanted to create a fenced area with visible fenceposts along ...

Re: Biggest Want for V1.0.5?
More variation when placing things using feature lists. For a first pass (plausible to include in 1.0.5), checkboxes to randomize the "flip horizontal" and/or "flip vertical" settings, and possibly also a slider to vary feature sizes by +/-X%. Longer-term, I'd also like to see something to normalize...

Re: Request: Add a "Recover Tools Menu" Function, or instead make that menu an actual Window
I initially thought it didn't, but it did with further experimentation. The thing that tripped me up is that I'm used to things docking when the floating window reaches the location it should dock to, but OWM's implementation doesn't dock until the actual mouse pointer gets there, so I was giving up...

Re: PNG compression
Assuming you're talking about file sizes/compression... I just used OWM 1.0.4 to open the same existing map file in both Linux and Windows, then exported from each with the default PNG export settings. The Windows export is approximately 10% larger (6 528 930 bytes Linux, 7 251 973 bytes Windows). W...

Re: Black blocks when zooming out
The Linux version of this that I reported (see the screenshot in my earlier post to this thread) is only partially fixed. When I change the map zoom level or alt-tab away from OWM and back, the entire background is the darker grey color as it should be, but, as soon as I move the mouse pointer withi...

Re: More control of layers?
At this point, the layering between different tool types is fixed and can't be changed. Basically, if you open the tree view of objects under "Layers" on the left side, leaf nodes can be reordered on their branch, but not moved to another branch and the branches can't be moved at all, so Stairs will...
