Re: Excited for Release
It might be nice to have an OWM marketplace where artists could create symbol sets, icons packs and map packs for sale to other users as licensed content. That's been our plan, and we'll talk about it more next year. Like you said, we're concentrating on development of the first release for now :) ...

Re: Mac Users
We're all very excited for the software and getting to use it, but let's talk about the Mac side of it. :D It'll be coming later, and most users on here are Windows users, but some of us (or at least me) are purely OSX users. So, introduce yourself and lets talk about this fantastic software and ho...

Re: Feature List for OWM Intial Release As Posted on Kickstarter
It's good that you've got a list going here. I went ahead and made the post "sticky." But FYI we're planning on listing the features on the OWM website. That way there is a definite place people can go to see the current feature list. We haven't got it up yet, but we're working on it. We're shooting...

Re: How do you work out a "backer number"?
As it turns out I am backer #8. And really #2 if you don't take into consideration the backers who had seen/reviewed our campaign before it went live :). (and our first Beta/Alpha backer). Needless to say, we were very happy to see you back us during that slow begining!! Thank you! :D - Alejandro

Re: How do you work out a "backer number"?
You can find your "backer number" through your backer history page. Login to kickstarter. Click on "Me" in the top right corner. Click on Backer History. Find the project that you want to know your "backer number" and click on it. The displayed summary will show your backer number near the center. ...

Re: Oh no! We're being crawled..
Heya, I used to run phpBB back in the day but it wasn't as advanced as it is now and it was also prone to security holes. I was just exaggerating my shock. The bot crawling feature is pretty nifty. I know :). I thought it was interesting how fast Google and Bing were trying to search the forums! I ...

Re: issue tracker
We are at 0.6.X. The build from the KS video was a stable release for internal alpha testing.Won't OWM be starting off as 0.1.x if it is at the Alpha stage?
The alpha releases for the alpha backers will be 0.7.X.

Re: issue tracker
I was wondering if you guys had a list of features for 1.0 and if you plan on using an issue tracker that is publicly available? Games like Rust has had a lot of success using Trello for this. It gives everyone an insight into how the game is coming along without having to buy you guys on the forum...

Re: Oh no! We're being crawled..
Casey, phpBB has a lot of cool features, we're really happy with it so far :) Also, since the subforums are sectioned off via login, all the search bots can see is an empty forum. None of the topics discussed here would appear on a search. If we give bots read access to the forums, we'll make sure t...
