I'm having trouble replicating the issue here. What shorelines are you using and what scale are you exporting at?

That's a good idea and I'm not sure why it isn't on our list already, since I've manually done this several times using the structure/shape tool to make the bubble. I'll add it to our list and we'll try to get it into 1.0.6. Thank you for the feedback!
